AICON-BIO™ Swine Influenza Virus Real-time PCR Kit utilizes real-time PCR technology and premixed freeze drying method to accurately and specifically detect Swine Influenza Virus (SIV) nucleic acid. Swine influenza is a respiratory disease caused by influenza A viruses that commonly infect pigs, with potential implications for both animal health and human health. The Kit qPCR mix (lyophilized) contains primers, probes, enzyme and dNTPs in one tube.
