AICON-BIO™ PRRSV NA Real-time PCR Kit utilizes real-time PCR technology and premixed freeze drying method to accurately and specifically detect Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus (PRRSV NA type) nucleic acid. The Kit qPCR mix (lyophilized) contains primers, probes, enzyme and dNTPs in one tube.
