AICON-BIO^TM PPRV Real-time PCR Kit utilizes real-time PCR technology and premixed freeze drying method to accurately and specifically detect Peste des Petits Ruminants Virus (PPRV) nucleic acid in ruminant animals. PPRV is a highly contagious viral disease affecting sheep and goats. The Kit qPCR mix (lyophilized) contains primers, probes, enzyme and dNTPs in one tube.
