AICON-BIO^TM Avian Infectious Bronchitis Virus (IBV) Real-time PCR Kit utilizes real-time PCR technology and premixed freeze drying method to accurately and specifically detect Infectious Bronchitis Virus (IBV) nucleic acid in avian species. IBV is a highly contagious viral pathogen that affects chickens, leading to respiratory and renal diseases, as well as decreased egg production in laying hens. The Kit qPCR mix (lyophilized) contains primers, probes, enzyme and dNTPs in one tube.
