AICON-BIO^TM Avian Influenza Virus H9 Real-time PCR Kit utilizes real-time PCR technology and premixed freeze drying method to accurately and specifically detect Avian Influenza Virus subtype H9 (AIV-H9) nucleic acid. AIV-H9 is a significant strain of avian influenza virus, commonly found in poultry populations worldwide. The Kit qPCR mix (lyophilized) contains primers, probes, enzyme and dNTPs in one tube.
