AICON-BIO^TM Feline Coronavirus (FCoV) Real-time PCR Kit utilizes real-time PCR technology and premixed freeze drying method to accurately and specifically detect Feline Coronavirus (FCoV) nucleic acid in cats. FCoV is a viral pathogen that affects cats, causing a range of clinical manifestations from mild gastrointestinal symptoms to more severe diseases such as feline infectious peritonitis (FIP). The Kit qPCR mix (lyophilized) contains primers, probes, enzyme and dNTPs in one tube.
