AICON-BIO^TM Canine Adenovirus Type 1 (CAV-1) Real-time PCR Kit utilizes real-time PCR technology and premixed freeze drying method to accurately and specifically detect Canine Adenovirus Type 1 (CAV-1) nucleic acid in dogs. CAV-1 is a viral pathogen that primarily affects canines, causing a range of diseases including infectious canine hepatitis. The Kit qPCR mix (lyophilized) contains primers, probes, enzyme and dNTPs in one tube.
