AICON-BIO^TM Avian Leukosis Virus Subgroup J Real-time PCR Kit utilizes real-time PCR technology and premixed freeze drying method to accurately and specifically detect Avian Leukosis Virus Subgroup J (ALV-J) nucleic acid in avian species. ALV-J is a retrovirus known to cause neoplastic diseases in chickens, leading to significant economic losses in the poultry industry. The Kit qPCR mix (lyophilized) contains primers, probes, enzyme and dNTPs in one tube.
