AICON-BIO^TM Rabies Virus (RV) Real-time PCR Kit utilizes real-time PCR technology and premixed freeze drying method to accurately and specifically detect Rabies Virus (RV) nucleic acid in dogs. Rabies is a deadly viral disease that affects the central nervous system of mammals, including dogs. The Kit qPCR mix (lyophilized) contains primers, probes, enzyme and dNTPs in one tube.
