AICON-BIO^TM Lumpy Skin Disease Virus Real-time PCR Kit utilizes real-time PCR technology and premixed freeze drying method to accurately and specifically detect Lumpy Skin Disease Virus (LSDV) nucleic acid in ruminant animals. LSDV is a contagious viral disease affecting cattle and other ruminants. The Kit qPCR mix (lyophilized) contains primers, probes, enzyme and dNTPs in one tube.
