🌟 Position: Customer Care & Technical Support Specialist

📅 Working hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a lunch break from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Provide top-notch customer support by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.Troubleshoot and resolve product-related technical issues.Offer in-depth product knowledge and guidance to customers to enhance their experience with Aicon Biotech's offerings.Collaborate with our R&D and Sales departments to gain comprehensive product understanding and address intricate technical inquiries.Document and relay customer feedback and technical issues to relevant departments for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology or a related field.Proven experience in customer support or technical support roles.Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Familiarity with Aicon Biotech products is a plus.
